How It Came To Be
Weddings at On The Ridge Events started with Crystal’s sister wanting to get married in the summer of 2022. During the lockdown in 2021 we started digging and digging the 50 year old hay out of the barn. Once we finished at the end of May we thought we had done enough work for now. Little did we know the universe had different plans for us.
Crystal’s friend called wondering if we were going to have the barn ready for July since her coworkers venue fell through due to Covid. The bride and groom came and saw the dirt floor, trees branches across the back yard, and a big old mud pit out back. They were able to dream with us and saw the bigger vision of what could be. So Jeremy and Crystal got to work and with the help of family friends, poured the concrete, hung the lights and chandeliers, put down sod and a patio!
This was the start of Weddings at On The Ridge.
